Reproduction front fenders are finished in an EDP coating and are ready to prep and paint to your desired color. These reproduction 1969 Firebird fenders include the correct side marker lamp cutout area, and recessed areas for installation of the fender o rnaments. Reproduction 1969 fenders have been manufactured to exact specifications and maintain a fit which rivals that of the original. Important: Holes are provided in the lower rear section for the WIDE lower moldings. If you are using the NARROW low er moldings, these holes must be filled and new holes drilled for the narrow moldings
Startup & Installation Checklist
- Replace timing components, water pump and plugs before initial startup where applicable.
- Refill all fluids with manufacturer-specified oil and coolant.
- Verify sensors, ECU pinouts and grounds against your chassis or hull wiring.
- Startup warranty covers heads, block and internal lubricated components for 30 days from delivery.
